Ginataang Manok


Good Evening Mommies,

This will be the first recipe that I will be sharing to you tonight. If you haven't prepared your dinner yet and you have all the ingredients listed why not give this a try?! 😁

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
8 pcs Chicken Leg Part/Drumstick
3 Cloves Garlic
1 pc Onions
1 Small Piece of Ginger
1 Can of Coconut Milk (Fresh is Better 😁)
1 Tali of String Beans
Malunggay Leaves
Green Chili (Pang Sigang)
Salt and Pepper

Procedure:

1. Saute onions, galic and ginger.
2. Add chicken. Cook until it is golden brown on each side then add enough water.
3. Cover the pot then wait until the chicken is a litter bit tender.
4. Add coconut milk and string beans.

5. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes then add malunggay leaves.
